Payment
Payment for notary services (remote or office based) are due when you schedule your appointment. Any additional fees will be disclosed to you and due at your appointment.
For your convenience, I accept payment by card using the Square App or through secure Square invoicing. Cash is also accepted.
Please note, I do not accept Venmo, Cash App, or similar payment services, and I am unable to accept checks.

Proof of ID or Document Issues
If there’s an issue with your ID or your document, I can’t notarize it. You’ll still be responsible for all travel, after-hours, location and/or rush fees. You’re always welcome to schedule another appointment once everything’s in order!

Late Arrival
For every 15 minutes (or part thereof) that you are late, you will be charged a late fee from your appointment start time.

No Show
If you are not at your appointment after 30 minutes, you will be charged travel, after-hours, location fees, and/or rush fees as well as late fees (no acknowledgement fees).

Rescheduling Your Appointment.
Life happens! If you need to reschedule within 24 hours, there’s a small fee. More than 24 hours’ notice? No extra cost. Frequent reschedules may require a surcharge, upfront payment, or, in rare cases, future service may not be available. |
